The Voltgeist Shroud lets you slip halfway into a storm-torn otherworld, gliding through enemies and obstacles. If you are willing to sacrifice a bit of health, you can prolong that ghostlike to ge the job done. I wrote this item for a heist one-shot Ben ran (which really set the bar for ...any kind of heist story out there for me) and I loved every second of it, so I hope you will to! If you want your Necrovolt Reanimator to drop some loot, this is the perfect reward to dole out!
Gloomspore Cap is a neat hat that allows you to expel a cloud of fungal spores that wither nearby foes while feeding their vitality back into you. It’s a tidy little life-steal burst that rewards bold positioning, especially when multiple enemies cluster too close. Outside of combat, it also lets you commune with mushrooms! We have a lot of mushroom-based enemies (the Gloomspore Harvester, for example!) that would make for some cool interactions.
Blessing of the Vaettir gives you some elemental resistance, showing these wussy Dexterity-based characters that there are other ways of avoiding damage than just darting out of the away. As an avid Strength-based martial character enjoyer, I might be biased, but I feel that we deserve a break sometimes. This is one!
Finally, the Bandana of Bravado rewards some risk taking and fun-having with Risk Dice you can spend to do risk taking and fun-having even better! Everyone one of you DMs out there has a player who will love this item, I guarantee it!
Overall, it’s a cool selection of items that you can use to give your players new toys or give your monsters some neat extra abilities or loot to drop! Everything is fully integrated and available to all patrons!
