"The larger or smaller something is, the more differently the laws of physics affect it. While a human would break every bone from a great fall, a spider would barely notice. When creatures as massive as the giants and titans that once walked the world die, it can sometimes take time before death fully manages to claim them. Their mind and will are so vast that they may cling to their body if they are not content with the span of life allotted to them. Such beings often end as enormous, rotting creatures—an existential threat to anything unfortunate enough to be nearby when they awaken."
Abilities
The Torn Titan is a different kind of giant encounter, defined primarily by its body horror aspect. At the same time, the creature is equipped with a wide range of actions and mechanics that can keep the fight engaging throughout its duration. It serves as an excellent centerpiece for a necromancer encounter or as a boss that demands heavy firepower to take down—ideal for creating a varied and memorable battle.

As always, this release comes with a tactical guide located within their bio, allowing you to run this monster almost blindly witch a few quick glances. Synergies will be decoded, interactivity revealed, and best practices disclosed.
Immersive Integration
Each creature's Journal is filled with story hooks and different narrative prompts, from foreshadowing the creature's existence to flavourful snippets to really sell the creature's appearance, combat prowess and eventual demise.
Using our handy immersive integration feature, you can slowly prepare your players for upcoming encounters, using our suggested skill checks or just improvising your own. Each of these prompts builds up the creature, teases ability or grants boni to the players, rewarding them for doing their research.
